Questions About the Laundromat:

Yes, we have both 60 and 40 pound machines that can handle King size comforters.

Yes, there is a large free parking lot as well as free street parking surrounding the Laundromat.

Questions About Wash & Fold:

Wash and Fold service may go by different names if you are from different parts of the country. Some areas call if Wash, Dry, and Fold, while others may call it Wash and Fold. If you are from the West Coast it is referred to as Fluff and Fold.

Each of these consist of Washing the laundry, Drying it, Folding it and then placing it in protective plastic bags for transportation and return to our customers.  This is the case for both our Pick Up and Delivery customers as well as our Wash and Fold customers that may bring the laundry to us.

If you need to drop off during the early morning hours, or during the lunch time on the weekends, we have lockers available to assist you.  Please call in advance to get instructions on use, so that we will know that you have left your laundry inside them  

We have options available for our Wash and Fold and Pick Up and Delivery customers that include

Dryer Sheets

The normal turnaround time is next day for wash and fold customers. You can request same day for an incremental fee, please note that we do not offer same day service on weekends due to high volumes of equipment use.  This service offering may not be available for large requests.

Questions About Pickup and Delivery Service:

We Pick Up and Deliver residential customers from 9 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday.  This is based upon local area availability based upon your zip code.

You can have your clothes returned 24 hours after they have been received, most customer prefer our Pick Up and Delivery Service due to the simplicity. 

For wash and fold customers:

This is one of the most asked questions, we will weigh the clothes before we wash and fold them if you drop them off.

 

For our Pick Up and Delivery Customers:

While there is not a one size fits all answer, there are some trends that we have seen with our customers.  For an individual customer that may have a typical one week’s worth of laundry, the average is between 15-20 pounds.  For families, due to smaller children’s clothes weighing significantly less than adults, a family of four can average between 30-40 pounds. 

Another option is to weigh your clothes on a bathroom scale, and you will get an approximate weight.

 

You can put in your request where we should find your clothes (or put your clothes during the delivery). Examples of places that people often use are: the front porch, the back porch, behind the gate, under the patio cover to protect it from rain or snow, in an unlocked garage or with an apartment manager. Give us permission and we will put your delivery in the same spot.
